14. I'd like to score a supply of street fentanyl to have on hand, just in case.

I have seen too many painful, lingering deaths. Good people with good lives spending their last days suffering, physically and mentally.

Worse, it puts a strain on families, friends, caregivers.

Nobody knows until they are faced with the situation, but I would like to have an easy "offramp" available should I decide to take it.
