The media falling over itself to paint him as our wonderful war leader and their uncritical praise and hiding so many inconvenient facts are what made the majority of americans "support" shrubbie. They also completely downplayed the anti-war marches and hid all the information they could that was really truthful, playing up all his and Cheney's lies. If the media had been honest brokers, the percentage of pro-war Americans would have plummetted, IMO.

Some of us - 40% according to the article - never bought the lies and knew the administration was either behind the attack or let it happen on purpose so they could get their war on and take control of Iraq's oil. Stupid jerks, they lost on every single account, hurting our country tremendously in the process. Cheney, Poppie, and a few others made a lot of wealth for themselves with this, and that was a big part of their strategy from the beginning. MAakes me sick and makes me sick that Obama will not let charges be brought against the traitors.
