170. Well, to be fair, the older men get, the less they say these kinds of things.

At least that's been my observation. Also, a lot of people who are like this in their teens and early 20s do grow out of it.

But, yes, stuff like this gets said all the time, it's not a recent development, it's not just on the internet.

On the other hand -- and you probably disagree -- I don't think that this is as big a deal as the OP makes it out to be. Maybe I'm just too desensitized to vulgar humor. If Brad Pitt had testicular cancer I'm pretty sure there would be comments about Angelina and the pool boy. People make crude jokes about stuff, especially young men.

Don't get me wrong, plenty of men really are sexist creeps, but a lot of comments like this don't come from some deep hatred or disrespect for women, but just trying to be funny and edgy and "wrong".
