(80 posts)Its my suspicion, tho I have no evidence, that at best they were merely silently complicit, and at worst knew exactly what was going on and that they were benefiting directly, in many ways, from daddys shenanigans.
If the latter could be proven to the standards of evidence in civil court, my judgement would direct that they each be allotted one savings account with basic living expenses paid in yearly. The rest, everything, including homes and cars, gets auctioned off and the profits used to set up a charity fund for the victims of this evil little scrounger.
To remedy their lack of employability there would also be a great deal of community service work in their future, 'tho I guess there are good reasons for preventing civil courts from handing out those sorts of punishments.
