well, almost the beginning.

In all that time I had put only ONE person on ignore -- granted, that person was a total jackass who half of DU also had on ignore.

But after reading a few of the utterly noxious Matt Damon threads -- and the endless other threads proceeding it that slammed good people who just so happen to disagree with Obama on some of his policies -- I decided it was time a few of the more vocal sycophants be given The Total Ignore. It is harsh but, IMO, they are one-note posters who have absolutely nothing to add to the discussion. Their absence from my DU experience will not be missed.

I do not know exactly what it is that drives these people. Perhaps it's many things. Whatever their motives, it says a lot about them when all they can do is resort to deeply personal attacks on those with legitimate criticism of the President.
