Chances are, we will not reach an agreement particularly with the chatter.

Ted Cruz keeps saying he is waiting for the details of the agreement before deciding if he would block or not, and the same thing with the Republicans in Congress.

So, chances are, it would be a resounding no, and they are really forcing the invoking of the 14th amendment.
