NBC tonight will feature a two hour special asking people to recall where they were on that fateful day.

Bush 41 has said that he can't remember.

The preview clip showed Jimmy Carter, Joe Biden, others telling where they were and how they felt.

Will anyone at NBC dare ask Bush 41?
