We are told they were burnt by gasoline outside the bunker. Gasoline does not burn hot and the bodies would be disfigured not burnt up. Russians were almost immediately there and had a specially trained unit assigned to find the top Nazi leaders. They could find nothing in the bunker area except a few skull fragments. Those were later determined to be of a young woman and not Eva Braun. The book in the OP is not putting out a new theory. Others have described the same thing. Grey Wolf came out a few years ago with the same claims.
