Maybe he thought he was going to be attacked by some lunatic with a gun?
Going by past history, whatever lies the cop tells will be believed. Unless there is a witness.
Shameful that a person cannot feel safe on the streets of this country if they are a minority.
Stop and Frisk despite being declared unconstitutional is still going on. So long as there are no consequences for these murders they will continue.

Because cops here are allowed to wear their uniforms when working as "security guards."
