"Mark D. Bearden is a retired psychologist living in Monroe, North Carolina. In February, he wrote a letter to the President letting him know what the Affordable Care Act has meant to him. The message below was sent to the White House email list today."

People who have retired or have low incomes and under 65 (medicare age) will probably see the biggest benefit from the subsidies.

Glad its working out. For the folks who are stuck in the gap where they don't get medicaid or subsidies, but still can't afford the plans, I wish they had the option to buy into medicaid for low premiums.
