Why you ask ?

Do we have 25% OFFICIAL-on-the-books unemployment ? Yea yea, I know about the unofficial rates, but those never get headlines or attention. Do we have long breadlines in the cities ? Do we have very similar economic conditions to March 1933 ?

Does he have an overwhelmingly Democratic Senate and House of Representatives to work with ?

Does he have an overwhelming public revulsion for trickle-down-economics and failed economic policy ?

If you think FDR was a REAL socialist or communist or that he was going to shut down or nationalize all banks, and put the investment bankers (like Goldman) out of business, you're living in fantasyland and you don't know history.

FDR was FDR because of the truly desperate times he was operating in. EVEN BACK THEN, THE LEFT DID NOT LIKE FDR.

I hate fucking threads like this. TRASH THREAD.
