But what if TransCanada simply sues under the TPP in a secret pro-corporate trade tribunal claiming lost profits, and this forces either the allowance of Keystone XL or the US govt to pay damages to TransCanada corp?

Environmental protections have been attacked in this way before, and the TPP will make it far worse.

Call your senators and tell them NO on fast track for the TPP!
