13. With out the pipe line it will be hard for the local oil companies

to skim any money off the price of oil
And thats why the pukes are so for it is because they and their buddies stand to make a killing and all for mostly doing nothing, with tax payers on the hook for any accidents in the future, not them. I'm not in the least bit in the dark of what is happening on the pipeline and all that goes with it. Any money they could make is better than none in their eyes.
