After reading his lame critique of Dr. Pusztai's Lancet paper, he bears no credibility with me.
I asked for a single, long term study that shows the products are safe. You sent me on a Gish Gallop. A cursory glance at the list of studies presented by Tribe will reveal that most of them don't deal with safety at all.
Have you noticed that the initial claims of the manufacturers: higher yields, less pesticides, better nutrition, no rotation needed, all turned out to be erroneous? The only discernible benefits are to the monopolistic practices, and bottom lines of the corporations. Coincidence?
A number of the studies show gastrointestinal irregularities in test animals. Is this one of those conspiracies of greedy socialist scientists? Emergent behaviors of like minded zealots? How else to explain it?
