Council of Conservative Citizens white power group member, Tea Party activist and GOP operative to her re-election campaign committee for 2014. By June 2013 he was forced to resign. Garcia-Quintara was born in Cuba, claims European Spanish heritage and was raised in Savannah, Georgia. He considers himself a 'Cuban Confederate'. Garcia-Quintara is currently the immigrant-bashing director of the nativist American group, Americans Have Had Enough, and a former Reagan administration appointee.
