Kim Jong Un visited a lobster(?)/oyster(?)-farm and was pissed that they weren't operating as planned.

Why was he pissed? Because there will be national holiday in North Korea in fall of 2015 (some kind of anniversary). And the occasion will be celebrated with a huge banquet, for which this seafood was supposed to be a central theme.

A national anniversary celebrated with a lavish banquet during a year of famine.
