28. FEMA camps are a ridiculous fantasy

The press release is about a contract for assisting ICE (separate from FEMA) with detention facilities for immigrants. And then in case of emergency facilities for ICE personnel.

None of which provides any logical or rational explanation for the paranoid fantasy of FEMA camps. Even better since that contract ended in 2011, at the latest, even if this was a secret way to have ICE fund FEMA camps (which never would happen) there's still no camps. Unless ICE was detaining US Citizens, but if ICE was rounding up citizens then that would have been all over the news.

Or if you used some rational logic, the contract was for ICE for facilities for immigrants like what's clearly stated in the press release.
