He had handpicked the key appointees as head of Bush the Least's transition team and installed himself as VP for the most clueless President in modern times. He got his "energy" plan for divvying up Iraq's oil fields taken care of while his old partner in crime Rummy worked the military angle.

Meanwhile, Clueless George rode his tricycle around the Oval and pretended he.was presidentin'.
