(6,145 posts)62. There are jerks everywhere but eastern Oregon is changing.
I live near Bend, it's the population center on the east side of the cascades and it's just recently turned blue. It's mostly well educated, younger, outdoor minded people.
The type of people the OP is referring to still exist in Oregon but it's become a badly outdated stereotype.
