Snyder doesn’t have to release Flint emails under FOIA

The memos should all be available to the public, seeing how Snyder's doing the People's business on the People's dime.

What doesn't show up are the people above Snyder -- the ultrarich GOP folks from the DeVos and Koch clans -- who backed the Detroit bankruptcy, part of which would lead to privatization of the regional water system.

Money.
