This guy has nothing to say. He is just a clown. Just doing anything to draw attention to himself.

He has the self control of a 9-year old. The slightest thing provokes him. If the prompters don't work, just give the standard stump speech like everybody else.

Everything is a conspiracy with this guy. Everything is a power game.

This is a defective human being.
