11. When I heard about the recount around 1:00am this morning I went to the donation page

and all of the info was there. The filing fees and the fact that there would be additional legal fees as well. Yes they raised to goal number sometime during the night, but many gofundme pages do the same. They start with a modest goal (if you can call $2.5 Mil modest) and if they quickly hit the goal they raise it.
