1. Elections are run by states and by the counties in those states.

To change how they are run, each state's legislature must make laws that regulate them fairly.

So, what to do? Elect people to your state's legislature who will pass those laws and reform the election process.

Elections are a state-by-state issue. If your state does it wrong, elect people in your state who will change things.

Pretty simple, huh? And that's what we can do, and that's the only thing we can do, really.
