My First Post...Hope [View all]
Hello All,
I have read this forum for several years now. This is my first post. I read it every night before I go to the land of Nod. I feel like I know so many of you. I have kept up with Tobin and his job search, everyone with their family and Pet issues etc. This forum has been very important and is a place of kindred spirits. Thank you Admins for sustaining it through the hack and keeping it going.
I just finished watching the recent final interview with the first Lady. It was so emotional to think what we are leaving behind, and the world we are about to enter in to. She was spot on with her comments about Hope. Looking back over their term, Hope is what we had. We must maintain Hope. Every night I read, I see none. How do we engage the electorate and fix this?
How do we get that back? I keep going back to the idea we must secure new, fresh and aggressive leadership. We must get loud. We can not just sit on our hands and let all this happen. Every night I read looking for some semblance of hope and there is none. We need an active, opposition party.
How do we engage the electorate without them losing face? That will be part of the key.
We are in such a mell of a hess. If we do not get loud, engaged, quickly we will be expunged as a party. We have no leadership.
