The outcome of the whole election is tainted by 3rd party and GOP interference. Specific actions taken by Trump and his enablers, including Pence and now it seems members of congress, constitute grounds for legal response. The problem as stated by others above is that Congress may be the only party who can act on some of the claims regarding #45 and his immediate staff.
As we have seen in the past the AG of a president under fire, who may himself be culpable, is the principle authority, though not the only one, who may pursue legal action against the cabal of traitors and un-indicted co-conspirators.
A special prosecutor is what we really need, and NOW. It took more than 2 years to complete the Watergate hearings and related legal actions, and even then not all the rabbits had been dug from the hole.
The GOP is staring at nothing less than the over throw of their most cherished dreams: the chance to up-end the federal Judiciary and bureaucracy to form a more perfect government which benefits their patrons and zealots alike. I do not see them as willing or able to do right thing.
