She won in 2012 by 2,994 votes, less than 1% of the ballots cast.

North Dakota went Trump in 2016 by 63-27. Heitkamp already has a well-funded GOP challenger who "wants to partner up with Trump".

Heitkamp is one of those pro-life Democrats who still votes to protect funding for Planned Parenthood. And she helped filibuster a ban on abortions 20 weeks after conception.

If she loses, you'll likely see the ACA get defeated in 2019. IJS.
