43. I disagree. While i don't condone Smith's violence, i also can't stand Chris Rock for making Jada

the butt of his jokes. He deserved to be slapped, just not in front of the tv cameras millions of people are watching live. I'm also glad Smith didn't apologize to him, but to the Academy. My thing re: comedians is they should not do jokes at the expense of other people or their wives or relatives, OR in this case a person with a known condition she's been very open about to help other people, in particular women. Let's face it - bald men have it alot easier than bald women.

I've never liked Chris Rock and i like Will Smith a whole lot better. Yes in this case his better angels did not prevail but from me he gets a pass. Will & Jada have spent millions in philanthropic work. I thought the smug SOB Rock deserved a sucker punch, not just a slap.
