call Pence in. And now that's he's no longer VP, privilege can't be his argument, right? So if he resists in court and gets overruled, he could be up for an 'accessory after the fact' charge is he doesn't tell all, imo.

This whole 'inner circle' presumption of special treatment by the DOJ has ticked me off. But it does also make sense that Pence would be the last to be called in by the DOJ.
