When compared to his swearing in photo, you can tell he's put weight back on.

The story in the Post-Gazette says the cardio meds he was on may have contributed to low blood pressure that exacerbated things. Those meds have now been adjusted (I inferred changed to a different drug, lowered or maybe even some were dropped altogether). The article also says the Fetterman hadn't been eating or drinking much.

On a side note, it just infuriates me that in our health care system, doctors just prescribe drugs to treat symptoms to get to some "nornal" number for blood pressure, etc, but have little to no idea what is "normal" for the actual patient. Thankfully, the doctors at Walter Reed know what they're doing.
