That's what the U.N. representative on the scene said. Perhaps that was before all the trucks were unloaded? Dunno.

UPDATE:

While driving home earlier this evening, the correspondent reporting from the Rafah Crossing for NPR mentioned that humanitarian groups were saying they were disappointed there was no fuel being delivered, as it was needed to run generators at the hospitals. So it's being reported both ways.
