That is not true at all, I've seen with my own 2 eyes what bunker buster bombs do and its nowhere near anything resembling a nuclear detonation.
A bunker buster bomb is designed to penetrate hardened under ground facilities before detonating, there is no widespread damage like you would get from a nuclear bomb, the blast is mostly contained to the underground facility.
