that they wait to issue the decision until the very last day of the term in June and take the approach of punting back to the appeals court. So maybe by 2035 we can have a decision on whether a President is a god.
I edited this because I forgot that the SC and the GQP believe that god status only applies to GQP Presidents. So they may need more time to figure out how to word salad a decision to make that distinction.
