In reply to the discussion: Ohio removes 155,000 from voter rolls ahead of November's presidential election [View all]Backseat Driver
(4,671 posts)No good reason - we have not moved for many years, but our community was recently given a new precinct status from 4-B to 5-B that previously appeared when I checked our status, but our zip code mailing address did not change at all, nor was there a change in our polling place. We last voted in a Special Election when abortion and weed issues were on the ballot statewide and all generals since we've lived here. Joe Biden would not have been our pick in the primaries, but we both supported him (w/funding) after he won our unopposed primary. Joe has been a terrific President and we look forward to a Harris presidency. He's done the right thing for love of his country. WE WILL WIN! What does our area code do w/voting eligibility. We did keep the area code assigned to our cells when we moved here, almost 20 years ago; we have presented our Real IDs at the sign in voting book at least TWICE.
