Where is the state of Illinois?

After 50 years of crimeing, the state of NY under AG Tish James, finally got his ass for the same sort of thing with his NY properties.

So where is the Attorney General of the state of Illinois looking at that kind of tax fraud as he is surely breaking state laws?
