Getting back to the origin of my first reply. The article is hyperbole. The author is making claims that simply arent true. All it does is panic people based on the authors distorted view behind the purpose of the rule. The rule is plainly written. Easy to understand. There is plenty to hate when it comes to the present administration. From my point of view, this will be a minor inconvenience at the worst. I dont really feel I have anything more to say on the subject. I will leave you with a few links though.
