131. I was right...

Friday

It was slightly higher than normal and I weigh 83 pounds from tRump stress since April 2024 when I dropped weight without trying. But when I told the nurse that my primary care doctor said it was high 2 days ago she told me that when I mentioned tRump my blood pressure rose right away. I told the doctor that at this rate I disappear by Christmas he agreed and he wasn't laughing, he was serious.

The fucking moron is going to bankrupt then kill everyone in that order. The ACA will be destroyed and or it will increase my costs by 75% (my income in CA is $36,000 before taxes, that's A LOT!!!).) and all my savings will be eaten up in months. When the ACA messed up my 2025 health coverage I saw what I will have to pay in the future in 2026. The Covered CA screwed up my ACA in Dec 2024 and I did have to pay full price for my healthcare without subsidies and tax credits in Jan and Feb. Over $2,200 per MONTH!!! No wonder I am dropping weight. I am a nervous wreck 24/7. And I am a realist!!! Both my doctors agreed with me, too. That means I am not being ridiculous or pessimistic. When your 2 doctors agree then that is really, REALLY scary!
