although they did finally start up a plant in MI for domestic availability. Alternately, Moderna contracted out their manufacturing to a plant here but are ramping up other plants outside of the U.S. Novavax has several international plants but is mostly made in India.

So there will be the most common COVID vaccines in other countries. How they might handle shipping of that here in the scenario that you describe, might be an issue if Customs goes hogwild.

I expect Canada will have all of those.
