Plus the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has offices in both Geneva and New York, and ambassadors to the UN, to whom she'd need to speak, are based in New York. In normal times, scholars and UN officials are able to enter and work in the USA.

And then you may get everyday interference too. Are they going to tell Visa and Mastercard to block her cards worldwide?
