They are about to throw out the VRA of 1965 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 will be next. Then they nullify the 14th Amendment and head on into slavery (although slavery is "legal" supposedly as a "punishment" per the Constitution) - https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/amendmentxiii

Section 1.

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
