Can't remember them all, but one of them is that SNAP is fully funded through the entire fiscal year, not just to the end of the CR in January. I think military pay and ATC pay were as well. Those provisions most definitely were not in the original CR passed by the House. The handshake agreement part was the vote in the Senate on the ACA tax credits, Mike Johnson has already refused to commit to a vote in the House on that. We can see where that is going to lead.
