and believe it or not, some qualify for H1-Bs too with certain certifications and if they have a job lined up (sponsored). There are other types of Visas that they could also qualify for as well - https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/temporary-workers/health-care-worker-certification

They are much more prolific in those medical settings than your typical "doctors" (many of whom have come from India or Nigeria).
