...I heard Madeleine Albright on the now-right-wing NPR last week talking about her election monitoring mission as a part of the "National Democratic Institute" (which basically does the same thing as the IRI) to Ukraine.

These groups, all part of the National Endowment for Democracy, are actively engaging in regime change all around the world and their activities need to be highlighted and noted by everyone interested in actually promoting democracy overseas.
