We'll have to lie and call the savings "waste, fraud & abuse" even though there is very little fraud and abuse in these programs. But it needs to be done. They are all a giant waste anyway - why should the government be helping people who need help? or paying back the money people paid into SS to be there for their retirement? Cutting taxes for billionaires is much more important.
