They want to turn the U.S. into a version of Musk's childhood home; that being apartheid South Africa.

I don't believe that the Millers severed communication with each other or that *rump just wrote oligarch Musk and his billions off, the Millers are just operating as his back channel.

Musk and Stephen Miller seem too intimate from an ideological perspective for me to believe otherwise.
