Putin's second invasion of Ukraine is about destroying democracy and the ideals that democracy holds dear. He's insecure and very afraid in my opinion. When he looks out on the mess he and his cronies have created in Russia and then gazes over at Ukraine, Vlad sees a Ukraine that, if left to their own devices, will far outshine Russia.
