I subscribe to this guy's tweets only because he is an obsessed Microsoft-affiliated developer type who releases .iso files that I use sometimes. He just happens to be Russian. His tweets are the only reason I ever feel the need to know Russian lol

The first Russian part at the very top might have some bearing but I dunno, don't speak Russian and too lazy to laboriously translate, can't copy and paste it.
