Flint, Michigan has a mural project. Here's some I saw, today [View all]

Anyone who has seen any of my posts about Flint know how passionate I am about the city of my birth. No matter how it is portrayed in the media, Flint is a thriving, wonderful city that is in the process of reinventing itself, from an industrial city to a center of education and arts. I couldn't be more proud or excited about what is happening, here.

Next weekend I'm going on a tour of one of the city's oldest cemeteries. Hopefully I can take some photos worthy of the photography forum.

(The Totem mural is on the building that houses Totem Books - a great local bookstore/coffee house/cafe.)
