21. Water drops...

I use to think it was a load BS that adding a few drops of water could make any difference in the flavor of a scotch. Then I just started doing it out of habit. The first time I forgot the water I thought there was something wrong with my bottle. It was pretty surprising. I told my wife about it the other day and told her that ideally, you would have water from the same source as the water used to make the scotch. Her eyes rolled back in her head about as far as they could without affecting her balance.
