To my disability lawyer, and faxed them the letter. I didn't have future plans to do so. You have hard choices to make: meet with an attorney and see what the path forward would be for your case. If they accept you, you can make some game plans vis a vis that direction.
Or, since you're in dire straights, consider a job. Your county seems resource rich, unlike the purple-to-red state I'm in. But you need to be unable to work for ssdi. Not sure if a PT job is viable once you get it. Those questions are for attorneys.
You need to hook up with an advocate/social worker to see, if you must get a job, they can even place you so you don't have the hard work of job-searching. Why is a social worker still a plan?
A plan for today, I hope.

I couldn't work much in the years prior to being on SSDI so I qualified for VA care
