She always looked like crap. 
Then I had another friend who was on a tight budget, but loved looking nice and had a good eye.
She shopped Walmart clearance mostly. Or Goodwill.
She always looked like a million bucks.
She had an artist's eye, instinctively knew fashion, design, color, fabric.
And knew what looked best on her body and could pull it all together.
On the OP fashion shoot above, I just love some of the looks.
They are fabulous.
The man with the textured white sweater and the kilt/skirt is one.
